Description
Soft and fluffy dinner rolls that can be made in just 30 minutes, perfect for any meal or occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. active dry yeast
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Allow it to proof for about 2-5 minutes.
- Add the oil, salt, egg, and flour one cup at a time. Mix with the stand mixer until everything is combined.
- Let the stand mixer knead the dough for about 4 minutes.
- Spray your hands with baking spray and shape the dough into 15 balls.
- Place the dough balls in the prepared pan and cover them with a dish towel.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and place the pan on top of the oven to let the dough rise while it heats up.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the tops of the rolls turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and brush melted butter on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, brush the tops with melted butter after baking.
