Ingredients

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- In a shallow dish, mix the flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice and return the chicken to the pan, coating it in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
