Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
Toss sprouts in olive oil (or skip for no-oil version) and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Serve hot with optional toppings like parmesan or balsamic glaze.
Notes
To make it oil-free, mist sprouts with water before seasoning.
Store leftovers in fridge for 4 days and reheat in air fryer for 3–4 minutes at 350°F.
