Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  3. Brown the ground beef and diced onion in the same skillet. Drain excess grease, then season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine the beef mixture, bacon, cheeses, cooked pasta (if using), milk, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
