Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- Brown the ground beef and diced onion in the same skillet. Drain excess grease, then season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the beef mixture, bacon, cheeses, cooked pasta (if using), milk, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
