- 1 cup Cottage Cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan cheese, chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the bell peppers, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes, ensuring all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is slightly golden.
