Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 4 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- 1 cup Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Stir in the chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the bell peppers, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or a muffin tin for individual servings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
