Description
Delightful appetizers featuring creamy brie cheese and sweet-tart cranberry sauce wrapped in flaky pastry.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
- 4 oz. brie cheese
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- Candied pecans (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 16 squares.
- Place each square in the muffin tin.
- Cut the brie into cubes and place one cube in the center of each square.
- Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce on top of each.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then pop them out of the muffin tin.
- Garnish with candied pecans and fresh rosemary, if desired. Serve immediately!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes.
