Description

A fun and tasty dish featuring crispy chicken and a flavorful spicy-sweet sauce, perfect for quick meals or as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and salt to make the bang bang sauce.
  3. Dredge the chicken tenderloins in panko breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
  4. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Drizzle the fried chicken with the bang bang sauce before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add cornstarch to the panko breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
