Description

Delicious stuffed pasta shells filled with a creamy cheese mixture and topped with marinara sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 20 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
