Ingredients
- 4 cod fillets
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the lemon juice.
- Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with the lemon butter mixture.
- Season the cod with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly over the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
