A quick and flavorful dinner featuring spicy chicken and a creamy sauce, perfect for weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or linguine)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the skillet along with the cooked pasta. Mix until everything is coated.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve with chopped parsley on top.

Notes

For a milder version, reduce Cajun seasoning. Pat chicken dry for better spice adherence.
