Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns
- Optional toppings: pickles, lettuce, cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook onion and bell pepper over medium heat until softened.
- Add garlic and ground chicken, cooking until chicken is browned and cooked through.
- Stir in Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
