Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce, adding steak back into the skillet.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with parsley.
