  • Cajun-seasoned steak tips
  • Rigatoni pasta
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add Cajun-seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
  3. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  7. Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce, adding steak back into the skillet.
  8. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
