Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 2 cups diced Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • ¾ cup oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • Caramel sauce for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix flour, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and salt. Press into pan to form crust and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth. Add sour cream if using. Pour over warm crust.
  4. Toss diced apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour. Spread evenly over cheesecake layer.
  5. Combine oats, brown sugar, and melted butter. Sprinkle over apples as streusel topping.
  6. Bake 30–35 minutes or until set and golden on top. Cool completely.
  7. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

Store refrigerated up to 3 days or freeze (without caramel) for up to 2 months. Drizzle caramel before serving for best texture.
