Delicious and easy Cheesy Chicken Garlic Wraps packed with flavor and perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated with the seasonings.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken to the pan and cook for about 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally until the chicken is golden and fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Lay the tortillas out on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top of each tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create a wrap.
- In the same non-stick pan, grill the folded wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Remove the wraps from the pan and cut each wrap in half. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Make sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly. Customize the cheese or use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
