Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 4 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chopped mushrooms, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until mushrooms are tender and liquid has evaporated.
- Slice a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mushroom mixture.
