  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons garlic, minced

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped mushrooms, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until mushrooms are tender and liquid has evaporated.
