Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the vanilla extract, egg, and orange zest until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
