Ingredients
- 1 batch Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookies
- White chocolate melting wafers
- Holly berry sprinkles
- Food scale
- Light colored baking sheets
Instructions
- Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate it for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Portion the dough into 1.5 oz balls for uniform cookies using a food scale.
- Bake the cookies and let them cool fully before decorating.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at half power to prevent overheating.
- Dip half of each cooled cookie into the melted white chocolate and place on wax or parchment paper to dry.
- Allow the chocolate-dipped portion to set and harden.
- Drizzle additional melted white chocolate over the dipped portion using a piping bag or ziplock bag.
- Before the drizzle sets, add holly berry sprinkles to the corner. Enjoy!
