Description

Delightfully chewy cookies infused with warm maple and cinnamon flavors, topped with creamy white chocolate and festive sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 batch Chewy Maple Cinnamon Cookies
  • White chocolate melting wafers
  • Holly berry sprinkles
  • Food scale
  • Light colored baking sheets


Instructions

  1. Prepare the maple cinnamon cookie dough and refrigerate it for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  2. Portion the dough into 1.5 oz balls for uniform cookies using a food scale.
  3. Bake the cookies and let them cool fully before decorating.
  4. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl at half power to prevent overheating.
  5. Dip half of each cooled cookie into the melted white chocolate and place on wax or parchment paper to dry.
  6. Allow the chocolate-dipped portion to set and harden.
  7. Drizzle additional melted white chocolate over the dipped portion using a piping bag or ziplock bag.
  8. Before the drizzle sets, add holly berry sprinkles to the corner. Enjoy!
