Ingredients
- 2 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and diced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken and cook until heated through.
- Stir in the ranch dressing and mix until the chicken is well coated.
- Add the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese to the skillet. Toss to combine all ingredients and heat until the cheese is melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
