Ingredients

  • 2 cups pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken and cook until heated through.
  3. Stir in the ranch dressing and mix until the chicken is well coated.
  4. Add the cooked pasta, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese to the skillet. Toss to combine all ingredients and heat until the cheese is melted.
