Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- Add the cooked chicken and ranch dressing to the same skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon and cheese until melted.
- If using, add cherry tomatoes and toss gently.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time and feel free to adjust the amount of bacon or cheese based on your taste. Consider adding vegetables like broccoli or spinach for extra nutrition.
