Chicken Caesar Sandwich

Description

A delicious and easy meal that combines the classic flavors of a Caesar salad with the comfort of a sandwich, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of crusty bread
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of crusty bread until golden brown.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken slices with Caesar dressing until well coated.
  3. Layer the romaine lettuce on one slice of bread.
  4. Add the dressed chicken on top of the lettuce.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with a side of potato chips, fresh fruit, or a simple salad. Best enjoyed warm.
