Ingredients
- 2 slices of crusty bread
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the slices of crusty bread until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken slices with Caesar dressing until well coated.
- Layer the romaine lettuce on one slice of bread.
- Add the dressed chicken on top of the lettuce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with the second slice of bread.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
