Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef (or turkey), breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
