Instructions
- Preheat your oven as per the cinnamon roll package instructions if using store-bought rolls.
- Cut cinnamon rolls into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Dip the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the dipped cinnamon roll bites to the skillet and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet and serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with maple syrup.
Notes
