Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute)
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- Slice the bananas thinly.
- In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the banana slices.
- Set the air fryer to 135°F (57°C) and cook for 120-180 minutes, or until the chips are crispy.
- Let them cool before enjoying.
Notes
