Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • Cooking spray or oil


Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas thinly.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the banana slices.
  6. Set the air fryer to 135°F (57°C) and cook for 120-180 minutes, or until the chips are crispy.
  7. Let them cool before enjoying.
