Ingredients
- Frozen hashbrowns
- Shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Cream of chicken soup
- Sour cream
- Diced onion
- Butter (melted)
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the hashbrowns, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, diced onion, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
