Description

Ingredients

  • Frozen hashbrowns
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Cream of chicken soup
  • Sour cream
  • Diced onion
  • Butter (melted)
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the hashbrowns, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, diced onion, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
