Description

Cottage Cheese Chips are a high-protein snack that’s easy to make and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat, high protein)
  • Seasonings of your choice (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spoon small dollops of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each dollop.
  4. Flatten each dollop with the back of a spoon.
  5. Sprinkle your chosen seasonings and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let them cool before enjoying.

Notes

Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Re-crisp them in the oven if they become soft.
