Description
Cottage Cheese Chips are a high-protein snack that’s easy to make and delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat, high protein)
- Seasonings of your choice (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon small dollops of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each dollop.
- Flatten each dollop with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle your chosen seasonings and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown and crispy.
- Let them cool before enjoying.
Notes
Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Re-crisp them in the oven if they become soft.
