Delicious sliders layered with egg, sausage, bacon, and cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • Hawaiian rolls
  • Scrambled eggs
  • Ground pork sausage
  • Crispy bacon
  • Sharp cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Cook the ground pork sausage in a skillet until browned.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a separate pan.
  3. Cook the bacon until crispy in another skillet.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half.
  5. Layer the scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheddar cheese on the bottom half of the rolls.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls back on and serve warm.

Notes
