Description

Delicious ribeye steak topped with rich, creamy cowboy butter made with garlic, fresh herbs, and lemon juice.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook the steaks in the skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
  5. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Top the steaks with the cowboy butter and serve immediately.
