Description

Ingredients

  • lb ground chuck
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.
  3. Form the mixture into four evenly sized hamburger patties, each about ¾ inch thick.
  4. Let the patties rest at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before cooking.
  5. Grill the patties over medium heat on a preheated grill, flipping only once, until they reach your desired doneness.
