Description
Delicious and flavorful burgers made with ground beef, bacon, and cheese, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground chuck
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.
- Form the mixture into four evenly sized hamburger patties, each about ¾ inch thick.
- Let the patties rest at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes before cooking.
- Grill the patties over medium heat on a preheated grill, flipping only once, until they reach your desired doneness.
Notes
Don’t overmix the meat when combining ingredients to keep the burgers tender. Use a meat thermometer to check for desired doneness.
