Description

A creamy, cheesy, and flavorful dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights, Crack Chicken is a crowd-pleaser that brings chicken, ranch, and bacon together.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 420-480 minutes or high for 240-300 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the cream cheese and seasoning.
  6. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Top with bacon and green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve Crack Chicken on a soft sandwich bun, alongside rice or mashed potatoes, in wraps, or over a fresh salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or frozen for longer storage.
