A creamy, cheesy, and flavorful dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights, Crack Chicken is a crowd-pleaser that brings chicken, ranch, and bacon together.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a crockpot.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 420-480 minutes or high for 240-300 minutes.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the cream cheese and seasoning.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Top with bacon and green onions before serving.
Notes
Serve Crack Chicken on a soft sandwich bun, alongside rice or mashed potatoes, in wraps, or over a fresh salad. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or frozen for longer storage.
