Warm, golden crescent rolls filled with creamy cheese and tangy cranberries  a buttery, sweet-tart bite perfect for the holidays or any cozy gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce or dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest or 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, cranberry sauce, and sugar until smooth. Add orange zest or vanilla if desired.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles (or cut into squares if using a sheet).
  4. Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each piece, then fold corners over to seal.
  5. Brush with egg wash for shine and bake for 11–13 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before serving; the filling will be hot and creamy.

Notes

For variation, try adding orange zest for brightness or a drizzle of honey for sweetness. Can be made ahead or frozen and reheated before serving.
