Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls are a festive holiday recipe made with savory turkey, tart cranberries, and seasoned stuffing baked to golden perfection. Perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or family dinners.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
- 3 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or mix)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chicken broth (as needed)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley or sage, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Chop or shred leftover turkey into small pieces.
- If stuffing is dry, moisten with chicken broth.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, stuffing, dried cranberries, onion, celery, herbs, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until everything is evenly combined.
- Shape mixture into balls using about 2 tablespoons each.
- Place stuffing balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
- Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Serve warm with cranberry sauce, gravy, or dipping sauce of choice.
Notes
For extra flavor, add diced apples, mushrooms, or Parmesan. These can also be made ahead, refrigerated, or frozen for later.
