Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mash the avocados until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), lime juice, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately on its own, in a wrap, or over a bed of greens.
Notes
