Description

Delicious bagels topped with a creamy mixture of cheese and crispy bacon, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, chives, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut the bagels in half and spread the cheese mixture generously on each half.
  4. Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.

Notes
