Ingredients
- 4 bagels
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, chives, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Cut the bagels in half and spread the cheese mixture generously on each half.
- Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm.
Notes
