Ingredients
- 2 cups cucumbers, sliced
- 2 cups carrots, grated
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions
- Combine the sliced cucumbers and grated carrots in a large mixing bowl.
