Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumbers, sliced
  • 2 cups carrots, grated
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
