Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the pot. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and slice the chicken.
- Add minced garlic to the pot and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, and mixed vegetables. Let it simmer until the vegetables are tender.
- Return the sliced chicken to the pot and mix well.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Use fresh vegetables for the best flavor. Adjust garlic to taste and add chili flakes for spiciness if desired.
