Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the pot. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and slice the chicken.
  2. Add minced garlic to the pot and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, and mixed vegetables. Let it simmer until the vegetables are tender.
