Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Bring chicken broth to a boil and add ramen noodles, cooking according to package instructions.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in a bit of oil until fragrant.
