Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups ramen noodles
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Bring chicken broth to a boil and add ramen noodles, cooking according to package instructions.
- Sauté minced garlic in a bit of oil until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
