Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, then add the Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the creamy sauce. Simmer for a few more minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
