Ingredients
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in canned tomatoes and vegetable broth, then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
