- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings and olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and baking powder.
