Ingredients
- 1 pound white fish fillets (like cod or tilapia)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Corn or flour tortillas
- Shredded cabbage
- Sliced avocado
- Fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges
- Tangy sauce (such as sour cream or a yogurt-based sauce)
Instructions
- Cut the fish fillets into strips and set aside.
- In one bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, add the beaten eggs. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each fish strip first into the flour mixture, then the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
