Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
