- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup finely chopped dill pickles
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs (optional, for extra crisp)
- Nonstick spray or parchment paper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped pickles, garlic powder, and breadcrumbs (if using). Mix well.
- Form small balls or bite-sized portions of the mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese bites are golden and crispy.
