Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth.
- Pour this mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions in a separate pot.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
