Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pound angel hair pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth.
  3. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions in a separate pot.
  6. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
