Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups cheesy tortellini
- 2 cups cream or a creamy sauce of choice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the sliced beef, bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
- Pour in the creamy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cheesy tortellini.
- Cook until tortellini is tender.
