  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like provolone or mozzarella)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions
