Description

A simple and delicious meal that combines the flavors of a classic cheesesteak in a hearty tortellini dish, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, sliced thinly
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place the sliced beef, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms in the crock pot.
  2. Add the cream cheese, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir everything together to combine well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the tortellini and stir to combine.
  6. Continue to cook until the tortellini is tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your hearty meal.

Notes
