Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, sliced thinly
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups cheese tortellini
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the sliced beef, bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms in the crock pot.
- Add the cream cheese, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir everything together to combine well.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the tortellini and stir to combine.
- Continue to cook until the tortellini is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy your hearty meal.
Notes
Best served hot, can be enjoyed on its own or with a side salad or crusty bread. Optional: sprinkle extra cheese on top before serving. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days or frozen for longer storage.
