Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the sundried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the chicken with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
