Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sundried tomatoes, heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
- Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Use fresh chicken breasts without preservatives for best results. Adjust seasoning to preference.
