Description

A delicious and comforting dish combining tender potatoes, savory kielbasa, and creamy cheese, perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 pound of kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onions or parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, layer the diced potatoes on the bottom.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and chopped onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
  7. Stir before serving, and optionally garnish with green onions or parsley.

Notes
