Ingredients
- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 pound of kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, layer the diced potatoes on the bottom.
- Add the sliced kielbasa and chopped onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
- Pour the cheese mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
- Stir before serving, and optionally garnish with green onions or parsley.
